With a stunt video, Akshay Kumar announces wrapping up Gold

Mumbai, Dec 10 (IBNS): Showcasing his fitness with a stunt, actor Akshay Kumar on Sunday announced wrapping up shooting for his upcoming movie Gold.

"A good beginning makes a good ending... True story. It's a wrap for 'Gold', an incredible journey with a great team. See you at the movies," Kumar tweeted.

In the video, Akshay could be seen  jumping over a chair and doing a somersault on a beach, showcasing his excitement over the completion of the movie.

Gold is an upcoming 2018 Indian sports film directed by Reema Kagti

It is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner Excel Entertainment.

It is a biopic based on the life of hockey player Balbir Singh Sr., who was on the team that won the first Olympic medal for India as a free nation in 1948.
