Salman Khan will be back with Dabangg 3 next year

Mumbai, Sept 11 (IBNS): As Salman Khan's 2010 hit movie Dabangg completed eight years of its release on Monday, the actor promised his fans that he will be back next year with the third movie of the series.

"Aaj 8 saal Ho Gaye Dabangg Ko... thank u for all the appreciation and love from Rajjo and Chulbul Pandey...see u in #Dabangg3 next year," Khan tweeted.

The movie also marked the debut of actress Sonakshi Sinha.

Dabangg was a 2010 Indian action film directed by Abhinav Kashyap, and produced by Arbaaz Khan under Arbaaz Khan Productions.

A sequel, titled Dabangg 2 was released in 2012.

Salman Khan was last seen in Race 3 this year.

The movie was one of the biggest releases during Eid 2018.

Khan is known for gifting his fans one hit movie during Eid every year.
