Kangana Ranaut starrer Manikarnika's teaser to release tomorrow

Mumbai, Oct 1 (IBNS): Actress Kangana Ranaut starrer Hindi film Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi's teaser will come out on Tuesday.

The teaser will be released on the occasion of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi's birth anniversary.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted, "Teaser out tomorrow [2 Oct; Gandhi Jayanti]... Kangna Ranaut in #Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi... Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi... 25 Jan 2019 release... #RepublicDayWeekend"

In the film, Kangana will be seen playing the role of Rani Lakshmibai, who was the Queen of Jhansi of north India (now in Uttar Pradesh).

The plot of the film is centred on Rani Lakshmibai's fight against the East India Company.

Apart from Kangana, the film stars Jisshu Sengupta in a significant role.

Krishh and Kangana directorial film is slated to release on Jan 25, 2019.
