Dream Girl set to become Ayushmann Khurrana's highest grossing film

Mumbai: Hindi film Dream Girl is all set to become actor Ayushmann Khurrana's highest grosser at the box office.

The film, which released on Sept 13, has so far earned Rs. 135.25 crore. Ayushmann's most successful film in the box office is Badhaai Ho.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted, "#DreamGirl nears *lifetime biz* of #BadhaaiHo, #AyushmannKhurrana’s highest grossing film... [Week 4] Fri 50 lakhs, Sat 80 lakhs, Sun 1.10 cr. Total: ₹ 135.25 cr. #India biz."

The Raaj Shaandilyaa directorial comedy-drama also stars Nushrat Bharucha.

Dream Girl is the first film where Ayushmann and Nushrat are paired opposite each other.

It has portrayed Ayushmann Khurrana as a call center worker who talks to men as a woman.
