Baaghi 2 zooms past Rs 80 crore

Mumbai, Apr 3 (IBNS): Despite strikes at several places affecting Baaghi 2's business, the movie has zoomed past Rs 80 crore at the Indian box-office, just four days after its release.

Baaghi 2 is expected to touch Rs 100-crore mark on Tuesday.

The movie has so far grossed Rs. 85.20 crore, as per trade analyst Taran Adarsh.

"Despite bandh affecting biz in various states, #Baaghi2 puts up a SUPERB double digit total on Mon... Biz gathered momentum towards evening shows... Speeding towards ₹ 100 cr... Fri 25.10 cr, Sat 20.40 cr, Sun 27.60 cr, Mon 12.10 cr. Total: ₹ 85.20 cr. India biz," his tweet read.

Directed by Ahmed Khan, the action movie features Tiger Shroff, Disha patani, Randeep Hooda, Prateik Babbar and Manoj Bajpayee among others.

It's the second installment in the Baaghi series.
