Vodafone is facilitating Credit on talktime and internet for emergency needs of pre-paid customers in Mumbai and Delhi

Mumbai, Nov 11 (IBNS): For the benefit of pre-paid customers running out of balance, Vodafone is providing small credits on both talktime and internet. Additionally, Vodafone India has also extended the bill payment date by three days for postpaid customers in Mumbai and Delhi.

These initiatives have been introduced by Vodafone for the convenience of both post-paid and pre-paid customers, to support the customers during the current demonetization period,

Vodafone pre-paid consumers with insufficient balance can opt for the following benefits to stay connected.

-          For Talktime - Chhota Credit of Rs. 10 customers can SMS CREDIT on the toll free number 144

-          For Data – Internet Credit (I-Credit) –Customers can avail 30MB of data loan for use instantly with a validity of 24 hours that can be used across 2G/3G/4G networks. To avail Internet Credit, Vodafone customers need to send an SMS ‘ICREDIT’ to 144 (toll free).

Alternatively, customers can also dial the USSD short code *130*4# (Option to activate both Internet and chhota credit)
