Vestian bags award from Frost and Sullivan Second Time in a row

Bangalore, Dec 9 (IBNS): Vestian, an occupier focused workplace solutions firm, bagged the Customer Value Leadership Category second time in a row at the recently concluded 3rd edition of the Frost and Sullivan Project Evaluation and Recognition Program (PERP) held in Mumbai on Friday.

The recognition was awarded to Vestian for its ability to build customized high performance workplace, the first in India, based upon the client’s global standards.

The project was completed before time giving the client additional monetary and productivity advantage.

The client benefited with over USD $20,000 per resource and was also able to increase their employee productivity by 30%. Vestian was also able to cut down on several costs and complete the project within USD $23 million budget, saving over USD $7 million on construction cost and 12% on monthly operation costs.

Speaking on the occasion, Shrinivas Rao, CEO-APAC, Vestian said, "It’s an honour to receive the Customer Leadership Award from Frost & Sullivan for the second time in a row. The consecutive industry recognition is a testimony of  our commitment to the Indian market and speaks forth on our constant growth and progress in the commercial real estate sector."
