New Delhi /Kolkata, May 25 (IBNS) : Vectorform, a global design and technology firm, has launched VKarozzi apps, powered by Microsoft Azure, to enhance the interaction between customers and sales executives at car dealerships using rich digital content.

Dealers of car brands such as Mercedes-Benz (India) and Maruti-Suzuki have been using similar apps built by Vectorform to drive effective engagement with the customers.

These Windows 8.1 tablet applications, present catalogue features such as listing (Make, Model, Sub-model, Age, Mileage, Price range, Color, Fuel-type, etc.), sorting (high/low price, age & mileage, etc.) and accessorizing of cars, in a comprehensive and informative manner.

The apps use Microsoft Azure as the cloud platform for hosting the content management system. This is helpful for data automation, workflow, process management, and improves communication by providing a collaborative environment for content sharing. It allows sales executives to:

·         Showcase digital visualization of the look and feel of accessories on vehicles, to the customers

·         Engage the customer with multiple infotainment features – (Videos, infographics, brochures, gallery, etc)

·         Help customers take faster sale-purchase decisions, thereby, saving time

·         Help suggest appropriate finance/insurance options to the customers with the help of tools like finance calculator, insurance calculator and fuel selector

·         Initiate, manage, and complete after-sales services – (Job card cycle, service schedule reminders, service appointments, targeted marketing & service based on customer profile, etc)

Umesh Dubey, Director - Business Development, Vectorform (India) said: “At Vectorform, we create digital products and experiences with a focus on innovative mobile and emerging technologies. Having catered to the technology needs from dealers of Maruti , Mercedes etc we understand the requirements of the sales force. The scalability and robustness of Microsoft Azure helps VKarozzi’s content management system to operate efficiently at the backend while ensuring a seamless customer interaction at the frontend.”
