SHRM enters into strategic alliance with BTI consultants

New Delhi, Feb 16 (IBNS): Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) India, a subsidiary of SHRM, USA, entered into a strategic alliance with BTI Consultants, the global consulting firm specializing in board and executive search, talent management, career transition, and leadership development.
The alliance translates to SHRM India delivering customized professional development programs to BTI Consultant’s prospects and clients in India and abroad. These programs would primarily focus on HR transformation, change management, leadership development and coaching.
 
Speaking on the partnership, Achal Khanna, CEO, SHRM India, said “We see the partnership with BTI as a win-win relationship. SHRM’s array of solutions focused on today’s leaders’ helps organizations better align their people to the organization’s goal and ethos. Working with BTI and delivering programs that suit today’s leaders will help us widen our reach in the market."
