Kolkata, Aug 12 (IBNS): India’s largest wholesaler METRO Cash & Carry continues its steady expansion with the opening of its latest wholesale outlet at Mysuru Road, Bengaluru.

Located near R.V. College, the new METRO is conveniently located to serve the needs of business customers in the eastern parts of Bengaluru City.

Bengaluru City now has a choice of 6 METRO Wholesale outlets to choose from, each perfectly suited to the needs of local businesses and professionals – Yeshwanthpur, Kanakapura Road, Hosur Road, Binnypet, Whitefield and now, Mysuru Road.

METRO boasts the largest network of cash-&-carry wholesale outlets in India, with the latest outlet being the 22nd in the country.

“Over the last 13 years, the hallmark of the METRO buying experience has been low wholesale prices and a vast assortment of high quality products and services, all under one roof.  Our endeavour is to constantly raise the bar and enhance this experience by expanding and customising wholesale solutions to the needs of every market we are present in,” said Arvind Mediratta, Managing Director, METRO Cash & Carry India,  announcing the new outlet.

Spread over an area of about 55,000 square feet, the METRO Mysuru Road outlet showcases a more intuitive and accessible layout that debuted to great success over a month ago, with METRO’s Whitefield outlet.  The new layout promises professional customers an easier and more convenient journey through the outlet, with high on-shelf availability, a fresh and relevant assortment, clear communication and attractive merchandising of products.

METRO also offers its business customers commodity experts, loading facilities, doorstep delivery services through third party transporters and a robust loyalty programme designed to make buying at METRO ultra-efficient and professional.

Special offerings at the Mysruru outlet include the largest range of organic products under one roof – from grains and vegetables to flours and other processed foods.  For the first time, METRO also offers an extensive assortment of specialised healthcare and babycare products.
