According to Sohinder Gill, CEO Global Business, Hero Eco, this is one great step in Hero’s attempt to put 3 million plus Electric two wheelers on Indian roads by 2020.
Hero Electric has upgraded and implemented the changes in the Electronic and Power train of all its E-Scooters to give the choice of the lead or the lithium batteries to the customer at the time of purchase.
Lithium battery technology in Hero Electric Scooters would not only give around 5 years of petrol free ride, it would allow home charging and 30 minutes top up charging.
Hero Electric has 70% market share E-Scooter seagment.
To celebrate the 50000 sale of its Optima Model, Hero Electric has tied with Paytm and announced an offer of Rs.10000 extra discount to a select few customer on its new Optima Li-Ion deluxe Scooter.
Optima booking will starts on September 25 on the online portal of Paytm where the buyer can pay the booking amount of Rs.15000 and avail this special discount.
This Lithium battery Nyx is priced at Rs. 45790 in West Bengal from Oct 1 onwards. .
