Jet Airways' Jet Privilege achieves 5 million plus members milestone

Mumbai, July 25 (IBNS): JetPrivilege, the loyalty and rewards management and frequent flyer programme of Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline has crossed a significant milestone of five million programme members.

Since its launch, the JetPrivilege programme has stayed true to its simple but powerful consumer value proposition of earning and redeeming JPMiles for Award Flights and travel to more than 1,000 destinations.

With over 150 programme partners spread across categories such as airlines, co-branded cards, hotels, dining, lifestyle and publishing, JetPrivilege members can easily  earn JPMiles and redeem them for Award Flights across Jet Airways and 30 other airline partners.

Elite JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold members also get to enjoy exclusive benefits such as lounge access, additional baggage allowances and priority check-in when they travel with Jet Airways or any of the other Etihad Airways Partners airlines such as Etihad Airways, Alitalia, airberlin, Air Serbia, Air Seychelles, Etihad Regional and NIKI.

Since its inception, JetPrivilege has pioneered a series of programme-led features including the Dynamic Tier Review – an award-winning, multi-period and multi-criteria based tier review that evaluates a member's tier based on either Tier Points or Tier Miles earned.

Gaurang Shetty, Whole-time Director, Jet Airways, said, “The JetPrivilege programme is a key differentiator for Jet Airways and our frequent fliers get tremendous benefits as members of this award-winning programme. Reaching the milestone of five million members is testament to the programme’s popularity and underscores the value of its service offerings and the exclusive privileges offered to its members. The JetPrivilege programme has emerged as a clear leader by anticipating customer and market needs and customising its product to cater to these requirements.”

Manish Dureja, Managing Director, JetPrivilege, said: “This is an important achievement not just for our programme but also for our members, our partners, our key stakeholders, who have been such an integral part of the growth and evolution of our programme. JetPrivilege was originally designed to recognize and reward Jet Airways’ frequent fliers with JPMiles. Over the years, we have evolved to benefit members, who may not necessarily fly frequently but earn JPMiles which can be redeemed for Award Flights to destinations of their choice. The JetPrivilege programme is now poised for a new phase of growth as part of the Etihad Airways Partners network.”
