Indian market: Sensex crashed by 355.70 pts

Mumbai, Mar 25 (UNI) The BSE Sensex on Monday lost further by 355.70 points to settle below 38K level to 37,808.91 as selling pressure was seen across the board amid negative global cues.

The Nifty of National Stock Exchange (NSE) too dropped by 102.65 points at 11,354.25.

The day opened on a negative note at 38,016.75, declining by 48 points. High volatility was witnessed during the day, as it tumbled by down nearly 497 points to 37,667.40, day low before closing at

37,808.91, sliding by 355.70 points from its last close.
