Indian benchmark indices end flat on Thursday

Mumbai, Dec 21 (IBNS): The Indian market ended flat on Thursday, with BSE Sensex down 21.10 points at 33,756.28 and NSE Nifty down 3.90 points at 10,440.30.

Top gainers included Idea Cellular, HCL Tech, Larsen, Hindalco,Hero Motocorp, BHEL, NTPC and Tata Steel while M&M, Bajaj Finserve, HPCL, Zee Entertainment, HUL, Bajaj Auto, Axis Bank and Maruti Suzuki declined.

Meanwhile, Reliance Infrastructure Limited has informed the NSE regarding a press release dated December 21, 2017, titled 'Reliance Infrastructure Limited (Rinfra) signs Definitive Binding Agreement with Adani Transmission Ltd. for 100% Sale of its Integrated Mumbai Power Business'.
