New Delhi, May 11 (IBNS): Axis Bank, taking its Digital Banking initiatives a step forward, has launched 'eSign' for its customers. eSign is an online electronic signature service which facilitates an Aadhaar holder to digitally sign a document within seconds.
Axis Bank is the first Bank in the country to offer electronic signature service to its customers.

Customers can now update nomination details in their Savings & Term Deposit accounts by submitting an‘e-signed’ request through the Bank’s internet banking channel.

‘eSign’ offers speed, security and convenience as customers needn’t visit the Bank’s branches for such services and can perform the same from the comfort of one’s home, in a totally paperless manner.

The service rides on Aadhaar authentication and generates the digital signature automatically. The generated signature is legally valid and secure.
