Damascus, Aug 24 (IBNS): Conjoined twins Nawras and Moaz, who were evacuated from the suburbs of Syria's Damascus city, have died, media reports said.

The one-month-old twins were waiting for the needed documents to travel abroad for surgery, reports said.

Syrian American Medical Society's Turkey advocacy manager, Mohamad Katoub tweeted: "Nawras and Moaz passed away this early Morning. The whole world couldn't have the permission to evacuate them.
