At least six killed in double car bomb attack in Aden

Aden, Yemen, Jul 6 (IBNS): At least six Yemeni soldiers have been killed and dozens wounded in a double car bomb attack by suspected terrorists at a military base in the port city of Aden on Wednesday.

According to AlJazeera, the attackers detonated a car bomb close to the entrance of the army base adjoining Aden international airport.

Quoting military sources, the report said the explosions were followed by fighting between troops and attackers inside the base.

The base has been sealed off and reinforcement. More details are awaited.
