Gyanvapi case: Muslim side submits old orders, claims land belongs to Waqf

Varanasi/UNI: The counsels of Anjuman Intezamia Masjid Committee on Tuesday submitted documents related to Din Mohammad case of 1936 and an order passed by the Allahabad High Court in 1942 in support of their claim that the land on which Gyanvapi mosque is constructed in Waqf property.

Gyanvapi mosque case: Supreme Court directs Varanasi court to adjourn hearing till tomorrow

New Delhi/UNI: The Supreme Court Thursday asked the Varanasi civil court (lower court) to desist from hearing, till tomorrow, the Gyanvapi Survey case, after a lawyer for the Hindu party sought an adjournment in the Apex Court for a day.
