Kolkata, Dec 5 (IBNS): One first-year engineering student of Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Management (CIPET), Haldia was allegedly thrashed on Friday by his seniors for complaining the institute's authority on ragging in East Midnapore district of West Bengal, reports said.
