Pulwama terror attack: Tarun Gogoi says government should take stern action

Guwahati, Feb 18 (IBNS): Reacting over the Pulwama terror attack, former Assam Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Tarun Gogoi on Monday said that, government should take stern and appropriate action to ensure that the insurgency be completely contained.

Guwahati, July 26 (IBNS) : Former Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi and several others on Wednesday accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Centre of ignoring Assam, after the prime minister made an aerial survey of flood-hit areas in his home state of Gujarat on Tuesday and announced Rs 500 crore as interim flood relief.
