Transfers of Judges in the different High Courts
Justice Suresh Kumar Kait, Judge of the Delhi High Court, will now become a Judge of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and is expected to assume charge of his office on or before April 15, 2016.
Justice Rajiv Shakdher, Judge of the Delhi High Court, has been transferred as a Judge of the Madras High Court and is expected to assume office in the Madras High Court on or before April 15, 2016.
Justice Kaushal Jayendra Thaker, Additional Judge of the Gujarat High Court,will take up his post as an Additional Judge of the Allahabad High Court on or before April 15, 2016.
All the transfers were sanctioned by the President of India in consultation with the Chief Justice of India.
