Tirupati's ISKCON Temple gets bomb threat, police suspect hoax mail

| @indiablooms | Oct 28, 2024, at 06:52 pm

Tirupati/IBNS: The ISKCON Temple in Andhra Pradesh's Tirupati received a bomb threat on Sunday, media reports said.

An email received by the temple authorities claimed ISIS terrorists would blow up the religious place.

The temple authorities registered a complaint with the police, who started an immediate action and conducted searches.

Police have found no threat after conducting the search.

The cops suspect it to be another hoax mail in the city, which has received four such messages in the last three days including the one involving the temple.

Several hotels in the city had earlier received bomb threats, which later proved to be hoaxes.
