Three-year-old girl raped, survives slit throat in Punjab
Ludhiana, Mar 14 (IBNS) In a macabre incident a three-year-old girl was first raped and then her throat was slit by a man in Punjab's Ludhiana, reports said.
The child is in a critical state in a hospital.
According to police, the child's father alleged that the crime was committed by a vegetable seller, who lured her to accompany him and raped her. He then tried to kill the child by slitting her throat.
