Three Bihar MLAs to return microwave ovens gifted by Nitish Kumar

Patna, Mar 19 (IBNS): Sushil Kumar Modi and two other BJP legislators have decided to return microwave oven given to them by the Bihar government.

Modi said the decision was taken on the ground that lakhs of school teachers without salary for last four months.

"Lakhs of school teachers without salary for last 4 months.Prem kumar,Mangal Pandey & myself will return gifts like micro oven back to govt," Modi tweeted.

Triggering a controversy, the Bihar government recently gave microwave oven, costing Rs 11,225 each, to the MLAs as gifts.
