The Army foils infiltration bid in LoC, three militants killed in encounter

Srinagar, Jul 10 (IBNS) : Three militants were gunned down in an encounter as security forces foiled an infiltration bid fro across the LoC in the Nougam sector of Kashmir's Anantnag district on Monday, reports said.

According to reports, the Army on Sunday night spotted suspicious movement along the LoC in Naugam sector and the terrorists were tracked till dawn, when they were challenged by troops.

In the encounter that followed, three militants were killed.
