Ghaziabad, Feb 15 (IBNS) Probing the Snapdeal employee kidnapping case, five men were arrested by the police on Monday, according to reports.

The kidnappers are all residents of Haryana and one among them, identified as Devendra broke out of jail.

Devendra plotted the kidnapping, according to police.

Police also said that he was stalking Dipti for some time.

Dipti Sarna, the 24-year old Snapdeal employee had gone missing on Wednesdayevening. After a day and half on Friday she called her parents from Panipat in Haryana and told them she's safe and returning home.

It was reported that she was in an auto when the driver took a wrong turn before she lost consciousness.

The driver was also arrested and said to be one of the five kidnappers.

However, the police are taken aback as the kidnappers haven't harmed her in any way and even paid the fare for her journey.

According to Dipti, they also gave her food to eat and treated her well, though her laptop and cell phone were taken away.
