PM Modi salutes Dandi March participants
New Delhi, Mar 12 (IBNS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday saluted the Dandi March participants.
PM Modi wrote on Twitter: "Saluting all those who joined the Dandi March, following Bapu's clarion call and inspired by his ideals."
The Dandi March or the Salt March was a movement against the then British government in pre-independent India, where under the leadership of Mahatma Gandhi several prominent and common men partook in a 24-day march.
