Pakistan detains 55 Indian fishermen along with their boats

Islamabad/New Delhi, Apr 1 (IBNS) Pakistan Marine Security Agency (PMSA) on Wednesday abducted 55 Indian fishermen and 10 boats, off Gujarat coast, according to reports.

TOI quoted Manish Lodhari,  secretary of National Fish workers' Forum (NFF) as saying, "Pakistan security agency abducted 55 Gujarat fishermen with their 10 boats on Wednesday early morning when they were fishing near the International Maritime Boundary Line (IMBL) in the Arabian Sea."

Pakistan have abducted over 400 Indian fishermen and around 70 boats in the last three months, reports said.

They also released 86 Indian fishermen last month.
