Mir Junaid welcomes Manoj Sinha as the Jammu and Kashmir LG

Srinagar/IBNS: Jammu Kashmir Workers Party president Mir Junaid has welcomed Manoj Sinha for taking charge as the new Lieutenant Governor of J&K.

Junaid hailed the step of the central government for appointing Manoj Sinha to the post of LG for J&K.

“Shri Manoj Sinha is a veteran politician who is known for being one of the most honest politicians of India. He is also called the Vikas Purush and he has a deep understanding of public affairs and development," Junaid said.

"We have high hopes from the new LG that under his leadership J&K is going to excel in every domain of development as he has the experience of the central cabinet with him”. Mir also said, “ Jammu and Kashmir is in a dire need of a public figure who can connect with the masses of the UT. Shri Manoj Sinha is an ideal person for the job and can be critical in improving the conditions of the UT of Jammu and Kashmir," he added.

Junaid also bid farewell to the leaving Lieutenant Governor of J&K GC Murmu and thanked him for his efforts that he made in bettering the conditions in the Union Territory.

He also added that the central government seems to be active in analyzing the ground situation of the U.T and is acting dynamically to deal with the situations of the UT.

Junaid wished the new LG Manoj Sinha the best and said that he had full faith that he will be able to create a difference in the "new Jammu and Kashmir".
