London, Sep 15 (IBNS): At least 20 people were injured in the tube train explosion which occurred in south-west London on Friday morning, media reports said.

The explosion occurred in a small white bucket which was present inside the train.

The whole station area has been cordoned as heavy police have been deployed.

The explosion occurred on the tube train at Parsons Green station.

The passengers saw the flames coming out of the bucket at a time around 8.15 in the morning.

All tube trains between Earl's Court and Wimbledon have been suspended due to the explosion.

The investigators are not ruling out the terror angle in the whole incident.

The counter terrorism team of UK is presently at the site where the explosion occurred, reports said.

Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, tweeted to say:"I'm in contact with @metpoliceuk and emergency services about the incident at Parsons Green. Follow @metpoliceuk for updates & advice."
