Kashmir: One killed, two injured in Kupwara road accident

Srinagar/UNI: One person was killed and two others were injured in a road accident in the frontier district of Kupwara in north Kashmir on Thursday, official sources said.

They said a tractor turned turtle at Kalaroos in Kupwara this morning resulting in injuries to three persons.

The injured were rushed to hospital where one Farooq Ahmad Mir, a local resident, died. Two injured were identified as Manzoor Ahmad and Bashir Ahmad, they said.

Police have registered a case and initiated proceedings.
