Jammu: Rape accused escapes from police custody
Jammu/UNI: A rape accused on Monday escaped from police custody here. Police said that a rape accused identified as Pankaj Gupta, who was arrested on Sunday in alleged rape case, on Monday morning escaped from PP Talab Tillo when taken for nature call.
They said that he pushed the constable and jumped out of the police post and escaped.
"A manhunt is launched to trace him," police added.
