German police team raids BPO office in Kolkata
Kolkata, Mar 17 (IBNS): An intelligence team of German Police on Thursday conducted raid in a BPO office in Kolkata's Salt Lake area, reports said.
According to reports, the BPO company allegedly cheated a German organization, while it was providing technical support.
In connection with the case, a team of Frankfurt Police department, comprising at least five officers, and West Bengal Criminal Investigation Department (CID)'s officials on Thursday jointly raided the BPO office at EM Block in Salt Lake Sector V.
Few employees of the office were interrogated and several documents have been seized from the building as well.
