New Delhi/IBNS: The owner of a popular eatery in Delhi, Baba Ka Dhaba, has alleged funds misappropriation by the influencer whose video of the place went viral weeks ago, media reports said.

Kanta Prasad, the 80-year old owner, has filed a complaint with the police against the influencer who had allegedly asked for donations without informing him.

Prasad has also alleged, "intentionally and deliberately shared only his and his family/friends bank details and mobile numbers with the donors and collected huge amounts of donation through different modes of payments i.e bank account/wallets without providing any information to the complainant."

Prasad's ordeal after months of lockdown was captured in the video of YouTuber Gaurav Wasan.

After Wasan had shared the video on his social media handles, people had thronged at the eatery bringing relief to Prasad.
