Amid Rajasthan political crisis, Rahul Gandhi announces his own 'Mann Ki Baat'
New Delhi/IBNS: Amid the broiling political crisis in Rajasthan, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi finally broke his silence on Monday evening but lashed out at the news media for being 'captured by fascist interest.'
He alleged that the television channels and Whatsapp forwards are indulging in spreading hate narratives and false news.
In a tweet, the Congress Lok Sabha MP wrote: "Today a large part of the Indian news media has been captured by fascist interests. A hate filled narrative is being spread by television channels, whatsapp forwards and false news. This narrative of lies is tearing India apart."

To counter the falsehood, Rahul announced that he will share his thoughts and clarify the crisis for those 'interested in truth' in a video on Tuesday.
"I want to make our current affairs, history and crisis clear and accessible for those interested in the truth. From tomorrow, I'll be sharing my thoughts with you on video," he wrote.

Many are eyeing this as Rahul Gandhi announcing his own version of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Mann Ki Baat.'
This comes at a time when Congress is fighting an internal crisis with Rajasthan's Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot turning rebel against CM Ashok Gehlot and claiming to have the support of 30 MLAs.
Acknowledging the infighting within the party, Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala told a press conference, "Conflicts do happen in a family. It will be solved within the family only. The solution won't be available somewhere else."
"If someone goes to another party, it will be a loss for him as well as the party. I am sure he won't take that route," Surjewala said without taking the name of Pilot.
