Kolkata to host Coastal Food Festival

Kolkata, Nov 24 (IBNS) The Coastal Food Festival at The Bridge will celebrate the vibrant spirit of the coasts of India on Nov 27.

With this festival, restaurant endeavor's to treat epicureans in the city to authentic culinary delights.

The food festival will offer a lip-smacking array of delicacies from the Western Coastal belt of India, which stretches from Maharashtra's Malwani to Kerala's Malabari, including Goan and Mangalorean culinary delights.

The spread will include dishes like Kerala Mutton Stew, Goan Chilly Lamb Fry, Chicken Cafreal, Alleppey fish curry, Prawn Gassi, Rasam, Vegetable xacuti, Cabbage Foogath, and many more from Mumbai and Mangalorean fish curry would be there for the taking.
