JWMarriott Kolkata hosts special spread to welcome the Year of the Ox

Kolkata/IBNS: Vintage Asia, the signature Asian restaurant of JW Marriott Kolkata, is all set to welcome the Chinese New Year with a sumptuous spread.

Highlights from the menu include ‘Wok Tossed Chilli Lotus Root’, ‘Old Fashion Shanghai Style Smoked Bhetki Fish Fillet’, dimsums, ‘Braised Pokchoy Wild Mushrooms  Golden Broth, ‘Wok Fried Tiger Prawn with Cereal Butter Prawn’, ‘Crab Meat with Homemade Tofu in Carrot Sauce’, ‘Braised Fragrant Rice with Vegetable, Fujian Style’, ‘Wok Fried Udon Noodles with Vegetables Shanghai Style’, ‘Black sesame sponge & white tuile, black sesame ice cream berry compote’.

The Year of the Ox festival will be held from February 12 to 20 and will be open for dinner from 7pm to 11.30 pm (Tuesday to Sunday) and for lunch from 12.30pm to 3.30pm (Saturday and Sunday).
