Barbeque Nation Launches ‘Flavours of Monsoon’ Food Festival

Kolkata: Escape into the monsoon season with scrumptious and flavoursome delicacies at Barbeque Nation as it launches a special ‘Flavours of Monsoon’ Festival to celebrate this mesmerizing weather.

The two-week-long monsoon feast will be from 18th July to 31st July.

Embrace the monsoon drizzle of Kolkata along with the special monsoon cuisine at Barbeque Nation.

The widespread buffet at Barbeque Nation offers over 20 dishes in vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

Guests can slurp on piping hot Matir Bhare Chaa and indulge in authentic Indian delicacies like Moong Dal Pakora, Bone Chicken Pakora and Crispy Fried Anchovy Fish and Murgh Dhaniyari Shorba to set the tone for the monsoon mood that follows.

The main course section for non-vegetarians includes Mutton Kosha, Fish Curry and much more, while vegetarians can feast on the mouth-watering Lauki Kofta Curry and Gobindo Bhog Khichuri.

The dessert section comprises hot Jaleebis, Malpua and Lauki Kheer.

The chef has hand-picked delicacies that are a perfect blend of flavours that are a must-savour. The menu is specially curated for the rainy season that every monsoon lover craves.
