India registers 2,119 fresh COVID-19 cases

New Delhi: India registered  2,119 fresh COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours as the daily positivity rate touched 1.13 percent, as per data released by the Ministry of Health on Friday.

India's active caseload currently stands at 25,037.

Active cases stand at 0.06 percent.

Recovery Rate currently at 98.76 percent.

2,582 people recovered from the disease during the same period.
