Kolkata, Aug 1 (IBNS): Ujjwal Patni, international trainer, motivational author and top business coach along with HR Super specialist Shamik Vora conducted a two-day interactive talk session on July 20 and 21 here.

The forum was organized by Sales and HR Gurukul, a part of Business Gurukul.

This strength-based, interactive session aimed to surprise an individual with all that one would want to know about the dynamics of business and planning, importance of human
resources, enhancing one’s business prospects, process improvement, leadership development and others.

This conclave of business coaching and mentoring was facilitated with interactive sessions, which were entirely bespoke and focused solely upon the commitment to inspire the
participants to achieve their maximum potential.

The USP of the program was the formats handed out to SMEs which were specialist templates that could be used to evolve their business.
