US: Two journalists shot dead during live broadcast

Virginia, Aug 26 (IBNS): Two TV journalists were shot dead during a live TV report at Bridgewater Plaza area in US Virginia state, their employer confirmed on Wednesday.

The deceased were identified as WDBJ-7 TV reporter Alison Parker and cameraman Adam Ward.

"Police are looking for a suspect who apparently opened fire on WDBJ7 photographer Adam Ward and WDBJ7 reporter Alison Parker," WDBJ7 reported.

Shots were heard when Alison Parker was taking an interview.
