Los Angeles (California)/IBNS: At least three people were killed and four others were injured in a shooting in Los Angeles, the fourth mass shooting in California this month, media reported.

The shooter opened fire in Beverly Crest, a prime neighbourhood in Los Angeles, news agency Associated Press reported.

This comes close on the heels of last Sunday’s shooting incident at a California dance venue after Lunar New Year celebrations. As many as 11 people were killed and 9 others were injured.

Days later a man killed seven of his co-workers at a mushroom farm in Half Moon Bay, south of San Francisco.
