TV anchor dies after slipping at top of waterfall in North California
Washington, July 25 (IBNS): In a tragic incident, a Georgia TV anchor was killed after she slipped at the top of a waterfall in the Pisgah National Forest near Asheville in North California on Thursday, reports said.
Taylor Terrell of 41NBC in Macon, Ga. was visiting Rainbow Falls, a 150-foot waterfall, with a friend to celebrate her birthday the next day when she slipped and was swept over the falls.
Terrell would have turned 25 years on Friday.
Her body was recovered at the base of the waterfall.
An investigation has been initiated in the case.
