Teen gangraped in Afghanistan's Bamyan province
Bamyan/IBNS: A group of unidentified men gangraped a 15-year-old girl in Afghanistan's central Bamyan province, media reports said on Saturday.
According to Mohammad Raza Yosufi, the spokesman for Bamyan police, the poor girl was gang-raped on Friday by several men in Dost Bek Foladi village of the provincial capital, Bamyan, Khaama Press reported.
Bamyan is considered as one of the safest area in the country.
“The incident is under serious investigation, and the police are searching to find out the culprits and deal with them accordingly,” Yosufi told the news agency.
