Space X CEO Elon Musk has revealed his 'game plan' of sending a million people to Mars.

He made the revelation while reacting to a post made by Tesla Owners Silicon Valley on X.

Musk posted on X: "We are mapping out a game plan to get a million people to Mars."

"Civilization only passes the single-planet Great Filter when Mars can survive even if Earth supply ships stop coming," he said.

He did not set any timeline for his project.

Elon Musk's comment over Mars and ambition of settling people in the Red Planet is not new.

Recently, he said Starship could reach the moon in less than five years.

He’s excited about SpaceX’s Dragon spaceship taking humans farther from Earth than they’ve been in fifty years. Musk thinks humans will land on Mars and go to the Moon within the next eight years, reported Financial Express.
