Pakistan: Fire in Karachi building doused

Karachi, Apr 8 (IBNS): The fire, which broke out at a basement of a residential building in Pakistan's Karachi city, has been doused, media reports said on Saturday.

It took 23 hours for the fire officials to douse the flames.

"Eighteen fire tenders, two water bowsers, and 40 water hydrants took part in the operation to douse the fire that erupted in the basement of a building in Karachi's Nazimabad no. 4 area early Friday," Geo News reported.

No casualty has been reported so far.
