Pakistan: Another suspect behind Lahore blast arrested

Lahore:  Pakistan's Law enforcement authorities (LEAs) have arrested a person from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province on Friday, who is suspected to be involved in the Johar Town bomb blast in Lahore.

According to sources privy to the development, the first person was apprehended from Lahore while another arrest was made from the KP province, reports ARY News.

Earlier in the day, the Law enforcing authorities (LEAs) raided the residence of a suspect- Peter Paul David- in Karachi for his alleged role in a blast at Lahore’s Johar Town, ARY News reported further.

Security officials raided the suspect’s home in Mahmoodabad and collected evidence from his home.

At least three people died as a blast hit Lahore's Johar Town area in Pakistan, close to  "global terrorist" Hafiz Saeed's residence.

The blast took place at 11:05 am near Johar Town -Akbar Chowk which falls at Lahore, Punjab in Pakistan.

The blast left 17 people injured.
