Nepal bus crash kills 31, several injured

Kathmandu, Oct 28 (IBNS): At least 31 people, including an Indian woman, died in a bus crash in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, local media reports said.

The bus, which was coming from a Hindu festival, skidded off the Prithvi highway and had fallen into the river.

The accident has occurred in early morning around 50 km on the west of the city.

While 16 people were injured, several others are suspected to have been trapped following the crash, report said.
