Mass stabbing in US high school, 20 injured

Washington, Apr 9 (IBNS): At least 20 people were injured as an attacker stabbed them with knife in a bloody 30-minute rampage at a high-school in the US state of Pennsylvania, media reports said.

"At least 20 students at Franklin Regional Senior High School in Murrysville were injured, and the alleged attacker is in custody," Dan Stevens, a spokesman for Westmoreland County Emergency Management, was quoted by saying by the CNN.

The attack reportedly took place in the school's  classrooms and a hallway.

The injured people were taken into a hospital.
