Karachi witnesses protest over Hindu medical student's death

Karachi, Sept 18 (IBNS): Karachi witnessed massive protest over the death of a Hindu medical student in Larkana area of the country, media reports said on Wednesday.

Demanding justice for the deceased girl, who was a final year student of Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), protestors voiced anger against the Imran Khan-led PTI government, reported Times Now.

The agitating people were seen carrying placards and even demanded better law and order situation in the region.

Namrita Chandni's body was recovered from her hostel room.

While the police and authorities labelled her death as a case of suicide, her family has asserted that she was murdered. Her brother, Vishal, who is a medical consultant, declared that preliminary checkup indicated that she was murdered, reported Times Now.
